Yoga Day Celebration 2020-21

This year’s theme for Yoga Day was Yoga with family indoors.

 

On account of yoga day celebration special session was organised for students where techniques were taught to stay fit in the current scenario apart from their regular asanas.

 

Yoga session included the following

  1. Mindful walking – To improve focus, attention
  2. Surya namaskar – Overall well-being
  3. Chest opening poses –To prevent chest infections
  4. Eye exercises – To relax eye strain caused due to increased screen timing.
  5. Brahmari pranayama and Meditation – To reduce stress and anxiety.
