This is the essence of every Parent Staff contact session held at SRMPS. The PTM held today (03.12.22) to discuss the academic progress of students saw an enthusiastic response from Parents across the classes. The interaction was smooth and constructive.
‘Who Am I?’ a question that we all would have asked ourselves many times. An interactive seminar on the above topic was organised for the students of Grades 10,11 & 12, on 02.12.22( Friday). The resource person , Dr KR Malathi, the advisor of SRMPS took the students through an introspective journey, guiding them towards a process of self realisation.
Experiential learning helps children to connect knowledge with real life situation. Children tried to make different animal faces using shadow. Children used their hands and fingers to portray animals and birds shadow and had a good time.

An annual health check up was organised by the SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre for the students of Grades 10 & 12 on 03.12.2022 (Saturday) to create an awareness and ensure the physical well-being of the students.

Tamil mandram conducted its first poem recitation competition on 2.12.22 for the students of grades 1-9. Students recited poems from ‘ Neethinool’ (A text book of moral values) that include thirukkural, nalvazhi, moothurai and the like. This competition ignited a spark in students to celebrate the loveliness of the Tamil language and also to realize the significance of it.
Anna Zoological Park is one of the modern and scientifically managed zoo. A field trip to the zoo was organized for Tiny tots to explore and experience the world of amazing animals and birds. Zoo is an excellent place to observe animals in their natural environment.
Children were delighted and fascinated by seeing various animals like Lion, Elephant, Barking Deer, Black Buck, Chimpanzee, Langur, Bengal tiger, White tiger, leopard giraffe ostrich, emu e.t.c It was an enriching life experience and extended learning exposure on “Rumble in the jungle”.
