An interactive and informative session on ‘Mindful teaching ‘ was conducted for the teachers on 6.1.24 by Dr K R Maalathi, advisor, SRM Public school. The session highlighted the significance of being mindful and the benefits reaped out of it. Our reckless thoughts and lackadaisical attitude make us incompetent sometimes. To overcome this stumbling block we need to surmount all pitfalls in life. This eye-opener session paved the way for it.
