National Mathematics Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal by the Department of Mathematics at SRM Public School on 22 December 2025.

In the fortnight leading up to the main event, a series of engaging competitions were organized to ignite students’ interest and joy in learning mathematics. The Mathematics Day celebration marked the culmination of these activities, during which the winners were honoured with certificates and trophies presented by the Correspondent of the school, Mr. M. Subramanian, along with the distinguished guests—Mr. Sankar Raman R., Head of the Department, Chettinad Vidyashram, and Mr. Murugaiyan S., Coordinator and Associate Professor, Maharishi Global Education (RP) for Foundation and JEE.

As part of the celebrations, students were intellectually stimulated by thought-provoking and challenging mathematical questions posed by the esteemed guests. An interactive session followed, during which students actively participated and presented their mathematical projects, engaging in meaningful discussions with the guests.

The event held special significance as the school community came together to commemorate the birth anniversary of the legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan, whose extraordinary contributions to mathematics continue to inspire generations of learners. Adding pride to the occasion, the much-awaited Young Ramanujan Trophy was won by Mr.Tejas of Class XI C. Proud of you, Young Ramanujan!

When little voices lead, big dreams take shape

Our LIM Family Day was a joyful celebration of learning and leadership, brought alive by our Little Leaders from Grades 3 to 6. The event unfolded with warmth, creativity, and confidence as students presented skits, songs, dances, and insightful presentations that reflected the true essence of the LIM curriculum.

Parents were delighted to witness their children shine, and the handwritten takeaways added a personal, heartfelt touch making it a truly memorable experience for all.

Proud Moment for Our School!

We are delighted to share the outstanding performance of our students at the Design Championship 2025, an International-level online competition conducted across Regional, National, and International levels, featuring multiple categories.
Our students showcased exceptional creativity, innovation, and technical skills across all categories and levels, earning several Winner-Up and Runner-Up awards at the Regional level.

Adding to this proud achievement, at the International level:
Jai Mithran K. A (Grade 11) secured the Runner-Up position in the Senior Level Coding Challenge
Athiyan T M (Grade 5) emerged as a Winner-Up in the Junior Level Coding Challenge

These achievements reflect our students’ dedication, perseverance, and passion for excellence. Congratulations to all the young achievers and mentors who made this success possible!

இன்று 11.12.2025, எஸ்.ஆர்.எம் பொதுப்பள்ளியில் பாரதியாரின் பிறந்தநாள் விழா மிகச் சிறப்பாக கொண்டாடப்பட்டது. விழாவில் இயல், இசை, நாடகம் என முத்தமிழும் அரங்கேறியது. பாரதியார் எதிர்பார்த்த சமுதாயத்தை மாணவர்களுக்கு வெளிப்படுத்தும் விதமாக இவ்விழா அமைந்தது.

மாணவர்கள் பாரதியாரின் கவிதைகளை உரத்த குரலில் வாசித்து, அவரது விடுதலைக் கருத்துகளை அழகாக முன்னிறுத்தினர்.அரங்கம் முழுவதும் தேசபக்தியின் உணர்வால் நிரப்பியது.

தேசிய உணர்வையும் தமிழ் மொழியின் பெருமையையும் உணர்த்திய இந்த நிகழ்வு, மாணவர்களின் மனதில் நீங்காத நினைவாக பதிந்தது.
