Rain Jar Experiment
Young minds observe and register everything they experience. Our Happy Tots learnt about the concept of rain with a simple science experiment, The Rain Jar Experiment. Hot water was poured into a glass jar and closed with a lid with ice cubes on it. The water vapour in the jar got condensed as soon as it reached the lid, forming small water droplets . These drops then fell into the jar as “rain drops.” This simple experiment helped the children to understand the science behind the water cycle (evaporation, condensation, and precipitation).
