PARAKRAM 2022 – Interschool competition

Proud Moment for SRMPians
The SRM Public School put up a stellar performance at the PARAKRAM 2022 organised by Sree Gokulam Public School, Chengalpet, where more than 25 school of good repute participated. Victory kissed SRM’s feet in almost every event that the school participated in . It was raining accolades from Day 1 of the Event and Lady Luck smiled down on the Team SRM even on Day 2 with school finally lifting the Overall Championship Trophy with 32 points on the scoreboard. Kudos to the Team Members. Congratulations Team SRMPS.

 

Speed Skating

It’s raining good news at SRMPS, one more winner is included in our achievers record. MasterJovan of grade 1E has won 1st prize in speed skating. Bravo, Jovan!

 

Science Quiz

We are proud to announce that Karthik Sarvesh and Hariharan from grade 9 secured the 3rd position in the Science Quiz conducted by the SRM School of Teacher Education and Research, Kattankulathur, on 15.11.2022. The boys won a handsome cash award. Way to go boys! Well done!

 

Children’s Day Celebration

“CHILDREN”-The world’s most valuable resource and the best hope for future.
SRMPS was filled with exhilaration and elation among the students as Children’s Day was celebrated today in campus from kindergarten to grade9. All the children were dressed up well & a spectacular show was presented by the teachers, lining up with events like special assembly, group song, Dance performances, games , movie, class potluck lunch, greeting cards & takeaways for the students.

 

District Speed Skating Championship 2022

Celebrating the Success of Master Sanjay Krishnaa , of LKG, for making his way into the Indian Book Of World Records 2022.
An emerging star on the horizon of Speed Skating, Sanjay Krishnaa won the 2nd prize in 100mts and the 3rd prize in 200 mts in the Chengalpet District Speed Skating Championship 2022. Looking forward to more accolades from this child prodigy.

 

Entrepreneurship Fair for Grade 7 and 8

‘Revuse’ the Entrepreneurship Fair is back again to bring cheer to the entire SRMPS family. Students of grades 7 & 8 are all agog with excitement as they await to receive throngs of customers at their stalls of handicrafts, homemade eatables and exciting games. Besides being a time for fun and frolick the fair is a great learning experience for the budding entrepreneurs.

 

Field Trip – Egmore Museum and Connemara Library

Learning becomes fun when it extends beyond the four walls of the classroom. The students of grades 7,8 and 9 enjoyed a trip to the Egmore Museum on 8th November, while the students of grade 11 explored the world of books in Connemara Library. The students returned enriched by their experience from the field trip.
