Students of grades 10 , 11 and 12 participated in the CBSE-CVS essay writing contest , titled ‘Corruption Free India for a Developed Nation’ , on 08.10.22 (Saturday). One of the most important aims of education is to inculcate values among students so that they develop into responsible and committed citizens to contribute in nation -building. Hence this essay writing contest aimed at creating an awareness among the students about the negative impacts of corruption and the need to build integrity of character.

Vijayadasami signifies the end of negativity and evil within us and marks a fresh new beginning. The school ushered in the second term with pooja, invoking the blessings of Goddess Durga,Lakshmi and Saraswati. The school also opened admissions on this auspicious occasion where Aksharabhyas was performed for tiny tots who walked into school today seeking admission to this Temple of Learning , for the next academic year. The correspondent, Sri M Subramanian blessed the little ones as he guided their little hands to write the alphabet, on a tray of grains.

Ayutha Pooja was performed with great religious fervour and devotion on 3rd October, at the hands of the correspondent, Sri M .Subramanian, the Advisor, Dr K.R.Maalathi and the Principal, Mrs.S Bhuvaneshwari. The advisor and correspondent wished all the members of the SRMPS family prosperity, health and happiness in the years to come.

Admissions for the academic year 2023 – 2024 will commence from 5th October 2022, on the auspicious occasion of Vijaya Dasami. First preference will be given to our existing parents for sibling admissions from the 5th to 7th of October 2022.

School will reopen after the First Term Break, for all grades from Kindergarten to Grade XII, on 5th October 2022 ( Wednesday) at 10:00 AM.
