Workshop
The two-day workshop by Ms.Jyothi Swaroop, organised by SRMPS was a great way to welcome the members of the faculty for the new academic session. The first day was an eye opener to the crucial role that educators play in imparting knowledge to 21st century learners. The vibrant and energetic resource person managed to ‘ engage – disengage and re-engage 100 strong audience of educators. It was an enriching, informative and exciting session for all in attendance. We look forward to the second day with enthusiasm and eagerness.

Happytots Teacher’s Training
Mrs VijayaLakshmi conducted a session on ‘Lesson plan , Phonics and TL activities’, 26 KG teachers participated in this interactive session.
The training emphasized on the importance of the connectivity between the facilitator and the student. In detail, the training covered about the effectiveness of Multisensory approach in the classroom, refreshing the Phonics sounds, implementing the syllabus to generate happy learners and to create age appropriate independent readers.

Heritage Tour
SRMPS organized a memorable heritage tour in Chennai for 8th and 9th graders on 13-April-2019. Students got acquainted with our archaic hereditament, artifacts made by skillful artisans, monuments, culture, etc.,
This pleasure trip promulgated our interwoven indigenous culture and traditions to the students strongly to uphold the values and beliefs acquired from our ancestors.
