SRM Public School organised ARCO IRIS’18 (Interschool Competition) on 01-Dec-2018. More than 700 children from 21 schools participated in various competition like elocution, story telling, debate, fancy dress, group dance, group song, math in kolam etc., for kids from grade 1 to grade 10. The spectacular show by students concluded with valedictory function presided by Chief Guest Kalaimamani Shri. Rajesh, a well-known actor and orator with the guest of honour Mr.Rio Raj, a popular VJ and actor. Prize winners were honoured with trophies and medals. It was indeed a fantabulous day for SRM team and the participants.

On account of Library week, SRMPS students from grade 5 to 8 had a wonderful experience interacting with the author Mr. Mohan , chairman of Gandhi study Centre, Chennai during the “Meet the Author” session held at school premises.

World Diabetes Day – Awareness Rally
Every year 14 November is observed as World Diabetes Day. The purpose of this day is to create awareness about Diabetes among millions of people around the world.
SRM Public School students from grade VI to VIII rallied from NPR Mahal to Guduvanchery Bus stand by holding the placards with awareness slogan about preventing diabetes among the local fraternity. General public also participated in this event.
