SRMPS organised a “Talent Hunt” for the students from KG to Grade VIII on 26.10.18. It was a platform where the kids showcased their talent by participating in various categories like singing, dancing, craft, Robotics, creative writing, playing an instrument etc., with zeal.

Animal Parade
SRM Public School Pre KG children went on a parade around the campus wearing various animal attire on 23rd October 2018 to celebrate and appreciate the diverse fauna of India.

Field trip to Animal House
School field trips are more about enjoyment, experiments & excitement. it provide every child with real world experiences. Pre-KG & LKG children of SRMPS visited an Animal House in SRM University (Potheri) as part of “Animal Kingdom” concept.

Field trip to Guindy National Park
SRMPS arranged a field trip to Guindy National Park for Grade 1 students. Field trips are important to help bridge the gap between education and hands-on experience. The students were extremely excited about the trip. The field trip provided the students hands-on experience. They explored the National Park and built on their natural curiosity about animals. In true sense, this visit helped our students co-relate the concepts they had been learning in class with real life experiences gathered.

Drop and Read
To inculcate reading habit, SRMPS has initiated to have DEAR- Drop Everything And Read activity on 22.10.2018. DEAR will be done once in a month in-order to encourage students and staff to read for pleasure.
