Children participated in a panel discussion on recycling and its impact on environment
Our SRMPS Students witnessed the panel discussion organised by BEHTAR India on 10.10.2018. Experts and policymakers discussed about Recycling plastics, challenges faced during the campaign ‘ Cleaner, greener and healthier Chennai‘.
The event educated and motivated the students to be the change makers. Suggested ways to recycle things at school. “All waste is not plastics and not all plastics are waste”-is the main concept.
Field Trip
Our SRMPS UKG students went to ‘Vandaloor Zoo’ to see the wild animals for the concept “Rumble in the jungle”.

Navarathri Celebration
Instilling traditional values in our children, Navarathri celebration was started with traditional aarti led by our beloved Principal with fervour and festivity. Students of Grade – I sang bhajans creating a divine environment.

Our sixth graders participated with great gusto in the art competition conducted by ICICI bank on the theme ’Swachh Bharat’ at SRMPS. Irresistibly appealing pictures were the hallmark of the competition.
PTODM
PTODM was held on 6.10.2018 from Pre-KG to grade 8.
To encourage reading a ‘Book Fair’ was also organized by the school.
