Palm Print Activity for Grade 1

The Grade 1 Happy Tots were engaged in a fun and educational palm print activity. This hands-on activity not only helped improve their fine motor skills but also reinforced their understanding of finger names. The children enjoyed the process and took pride in creating their unique palm prints. It was a delightful experience for everyone involved.

19th of July spelt a lot of excitement at SRM Public School as the staff and students geared up to welcome student and staff delegates from Highworth Grammar School, Kent, UK who were visiting as a part of the international immersive experience programme. The guests were regaled by an insightful assembly, an intriguing journey into optical illusions and traditional games and the science behind them. The highlight of the day was an energetic and mesmerizing cultural extravaganza that showcased classical and folk music and dance styles. As students exchanged interesting information about the culture of the two nations, stress of student life, peer and parental pressure and future plans and aspirations, they built strong bonds of friendship that bridged all geographic and cultural divides.
