Our Eco Club and Grade IX students took a deep dive into the world of glaciers and climate change through an exciting online session led by Ms. Manasi Iyer, founder of The Frozen Legacy and a young changemaker studying in North Carolina.

Her powerful insights on how global warming is reshaping the world’s glaciers left our students inspired and eager to do their part.

The session wrapped up with lively questions from our curious learners—proof that the SRMPS spirit of inquiry is always alive!

Students of Grade 7 participated in an engaging awareness session on traffic safety, conducted on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Traffic Police. Mr. Kesavan shared valuable insights on the importance of following essential road rules such as using the zebra crossing, wearing helmets and obeying traffic signals. They also emphazised on the need to avoid triple riding and that riding a motor vehicle is permitted only after the age of 18. The session helped students understand how responsible behaviour on the road can protect not only their own lives but also the safety of others.

Our Happy tots lit up the day with a joyful Animal Parade! Dressed as sheep, penguins, lions, elephants, rabbits, ducks, and more, the children proudly marched along, waving and smiling in their adorable costumes. Their enthusiasm and creativity made the event a bright, colourful, and unforgettable celebration.
