Harish G L from Grade 11 qualified the zonal level of CNBC OLL Skill Tank, held at Bangalore and was one among the top 8 top participants out the 50 students who had qualified for zonal level at Bangalore. Though he did not get selected for the National finals, his idea of smart home automation was highly appreciated with one of the sharks expressing eagerness to invest when he started his venture. He will feature on CNBC TV when these episodes are telecast.

A fire-drill was conducted by the Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services Department, Chengalpattu in the school campus, for the students of grades 6 to 8 on Nov 09, 2023. The fire – rescue team from Maraimalai nagar conducted the drill cum awareness programme under the motto “An accident free Deepavali for a happy home.” They created awareness about ways to celebrate a safe Diwali and briefed the students about the various emergency numbers used by the public and the services provided by the fire and rescue service department in case of any emergency.
