SHRAMDAAN

‘Shramdaan’ is an activity involving physical effort to keep our surroundings clean. ‘Shram’ means labour and ‘Daan’ means contribution. Students are the real change makers and the true ambassadors of India.

On account of Mahatma Gandhiji’s 150^th birth anniversary celebration, our school is organized ‘Shramdaan’ on 4^th October (Thursday) to motivate our students and staff to keep their environment clean. This is one of the activity recommended by the CBSE to be observed in schools. Students from grade 1 to 8 actively participated in ‘Shramdaan’ by cleaning their campus with staff.

அனைத்துலக மாணவர் முழக்கம் 2018

ஆஸ்ட்ரோ வானவில், வணக்கம் மலேசியா மற்றும் வேலம்மாள் நிறைநிலை மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி இணைந்து நடத்திய தேசிய அளவிலான “அனைத்துலக மாணவர் முழக்கம் 2018” – செப்டம்பர் 24 அன்று நடைபெற்றது. இதில் எஸ்.ஆர்.எம்.பொதுப் பள்ளியைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவி செல்வி ச.ஹர்ஷினி மூன்றாம் இடத்தைப் பிடித்து அடுத்த சுற்றுக்கு சிங்கப்பூர் செல்ல உள்ளார் என்பதை பெரும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

Mr.Kumaran Mahalingam a renowned Geologist and Founder of ‘Paddle for future’ conducted an awareness session on how to conserve our environment and quell pollution for middle school students. His adventurous expedition and discoveries really ignited our young thinking minds.
