நமது பள்ளியில் பாரதியாரின் பிறந்த நாள் விழா மிகச் சிறப்பாகக் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது. இவ்விழாவில் சக்திசாய் என்ற ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு மாணவன் பாரதியாரைப்போல் வேடமிட்டு பாரதியாரின் பாடலைப் பாடினான். பாரதியாரின் வாழ்க்கையில் நடந்த சில நிகழ்வுகளை ப்ரவீன் ஜோவி என்ற நான்காம் வகுப்பு மாணவன் பகிர்ந்துக் கொண்டான். மேலும், “காக்கைச் சிறகினிலே” என்ற பாடலை மாணவர்கள் குழுவாகப் பாடினர். இப்பாடல் மனதை வருடும் வண்ணம் இருந்தது. இவ்விழா பள்ளியில் பெரும்பான்மையருடன் மிகச் சிறப்பாகக் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.

ஆஸ்ட்ரோ வானவில் நடத்திய அனைத்துலக மாணவர் முழக்கம் நிகழ்ச்சி டிசம்பர் 1, 2018 அன்று சிங்கப்பூரில் நடைப்பெற்றது. இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் 7 நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த 24 மாணவர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர். அதிலிருந்து 11 மாணவர்கள் இறுதிப் போட்டிக்குத் தேர்ச்சிப் பெற்றனர்.  இந்த இறுதிப் போட்டியில் நமது பள்ளியைச் சேர்ந்த ஏழாம் வகுப்பு மாணவி ஹர்ஷினி பல்வேறு சுற்றுகளில் தேர்ச்சியடைந்து மூன்றாம் இடத்தினைக்கைப்பற்றிய இரண்டு மாணவர்களுள் ஒருவர் என்பதனை மிகப்பெருமையுடனும்,மகிழ்ச்சியுடனும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.

SRMPS organised “Road Safety Campaign” for the students of Grade 1 & 2. The significance of traffic sign boards and safety measures like wearing seat belts and helmets were insisted in an interactive way by professionals.

India is a unique country with a diverse culture and climate, but one at heart. Student Cultural Exchange Programme not only propel students to understand this but also make them co-exist in different communities around. SRM Public School, Chennai and Dr.Holmes Academy – Jeeda, Bathinda, Punjab organised student exchange programme from November 18, 2018, to November  23, 2018, where 11 student delegates with three faculty members from SRM Public school visited famous places of Punjab and learning session with the students in Dr. Holmes Academy.  They interacted with the students, enjoyed and appreciated the interstate cultural diversity.
